The Challenge
K Foley Ltd wanted a modern and efficient way for their team of engineers and office staff to share contact details, build trust at the doorstep, and streamline how customers left Google reviews.
Our Approach
We implemented 30 custom-branded digital business cards across their workforce. Each card was NFC-enabled and linked to personalised contact profiles, allowing team members to share their details, accreditations, and request reviews in a single tap.
The cards were designed to reflect the company’s professional image, while being easy to update and distribute without the need for reprints.
The Outcome
The digital cards helped standardise and modernise first impressions across the team. Google review volumes increased, customer communication was made simpler, and the company projected a forward-thinking, tech-enabled image to every client they visited.
